14th Rotaract District Conference

14th Rotaract District Conference was organized on April 15-16, 2022. The Conference was chaired by DRR Rtr. Summit Bajracharya and saw the presence of District Governor Rtn. Rotaractors’ Meet-up

The District Rotaractor’s Meet-Up is a fellowship and networking event that brings together Rotaractors who share a particular interest and provides them a platform to connect with each other. This year we had our meetup on Sep 24 & Sep 25, 2021. The event consists of the following activities. 2021 Virtual District Assembly conducted online

District Assembly is a key step in preparing for the coming Rotary year. This year’s District Assembly was held on 25-26 June, preparing for the year 2021-22. The annual district assembly is the major leadership training event in each Rotary district of the world. The workshops during the assembly offered motivation, inspiration, Rotaract information, and new ideas for club officers, directors, and key committee chairmen of each club.Some of the most experienced district leaders conduct informative discussions on all phases of Rotaract administration. Training of Trainers of Rotaract 3292 at Dhulikhel

The Training of Trainers (TOT) is intended to engage master trainers in coaching new trainers that are to get experienced with a particular topic or skill, or with training overall. Rotaract District conducted a TOT workshop in order to build a pool of competent Trainers who can then train other Rotaractors. Training of Trainers was conducted at Mount Princess Dhulikhel. The master trainers for the workshop were Rtr. Hrishav Joshi, Rtr. Sabik Neupane, Rtr. Shristi Shakya, Rtr. Summit Bajracharya and Mr. Avash Piya.

Multi-District Youth Exchange Program

With approximately 34 Rotaractors from 11 districts, Rotaract District 3292 held the “Multidistrict Youth Exchange Program, MDYEP NEPAL -2022.” hosted by 10 zones of our District. The event allowed Rotaractors from all around Nepal to learn about Nepal’s culture, history, and natural beauty. Delegates were hosted from April 11th to April 15th, 2022. Rotaract District Team Training Seminar 2021-22 held successfully at Chitwan

Building an effective district leadership team before taking office is the key to having a successful Rotary year. The Rotaract district team training seminar helps prepare incoming Zonal Representatives and district committee members and chairs to support Rotaract club and provides an opportunity to work on their district goals.
