Rotaract District 3292 is the district that brings together all Rotaract Clubs across Nepal and Bhutan. It focuses on leadership development, community service, professional growth, international understanding, and fellowship among young leaders.

Anyone aged 18 years or above with a passion for service, leadership, and personal development can join a Rotaract Club, subject to the membership process of the local club.

You can join by contacting the nearest Rotaract Club in Nepal or Bhutan. After completing the club's membership process, you become part of both the club and Rotaract District 3292.

Members gain leadership opportunities, public speaking and communication skills, event and project management experience, professional networking, national and international friendships, and personal and career development opportunities.
