Last PS Meet Captures

President and Secretary Meet (1st PS Meet) is an annual flagship event of the Rotaract District Committee, RID 3292 (RDC). It is a formal meeting of Presidents and Secretaries from all Rotaract Clubs across the district, typically organized during the first quarter of the Rotary Year.

The PS Meet provides a common platform for club leaders to present, discuss, and resolve various agendas raised by clubs and the district committee. It serves as a key decision-making and idea-sharing platform that benefits all Rotaract Clubs in the district.

Beyond formal discussions, the PS Meet encourages fellowship, networking, and knowledge exchange, empowering club leaders to collaborate effectively and enhance their club operations.

B) Event Plan

The President and Secretary Meet is strictly a formal gathering, divided into two main segments:

i) Formal Meeting

Chaired by the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) and conducted by the Rotaract District Committee (RDC).
The session will cover pre-shared agendas, district updates, and important announcements.
The District Secretary will moderate and record the proceedings.
Attendance is limited to Club Presidents and Secretaries. In case of their absence, a duly authorized representative may attend with a consent letter on official club letterhead, signed and stamped by the club.

ii) General Session

Conducted in parallel with the formal meeting.
Includes sessions led by resource persons on key topics such as:
- Rotary & Rotaract platforms
- Policy updates and changes
- Grant Management System (GMS)
- Leadership development & best practices

iii) Fellowship and Interaction

The second half of the day is dedicated to networking and fellowship activities.
Club leaders will get opportunities to connect, share ideas, and find potential partner clubs or collaborators for projects and initiatives.
This session will be jointly designed by RDC and the host club to make it engaging and impactful.
