18th District Assembly, DLTS & Recognition Ceremony

The District Assembly is an opportunity for Club and District Leaders to come together and prepare for the
year ahead. In District Assembly, there is a Presentation discussion and finalization of District Goals, plans,
budget and activities.
District Leadership Training Seminar (also known as DLTS) is an extensive Training for the incoming Club
Leaders and Club Officers to prepare for the office year and build leadership teams. Train Club Officers and
Members for their future roles in their clubs. DLTS is a platform for Rotaract District to conduct any other
relevant training.
The Recognition Ceremony serves as a reflection of the tenure and provides recognition to leaders, clubs,
and projects for their valuable contributions during the Rotary Year 2024-25.

The 18th District Assembly & District Leadership Training Seminar and Recognition Program marks the
culmination of the tenure and is a significant district event. It encompasses three main programs, with the
District Assembly serving as the platform for discussing and finalizing district goals, plans, budget, and
activities. The District Leadership Training Seminar offers club leaders an opportunity to understand their
roles and responsibilities, while the Recognition ceremony acknowledges the work and projects undertaken
by the clubs, resulting in awards.
The event is divided into three major segments. The first half of the day is dedicated to the formal District
Assembly, followed by parallel training for club leaders in the middle of the day. The Recognition ceremony
takes place in the second half of the day.
