Training of Trainers of Rotaract 3292 at Dhulikhel

The Training of Trainers (TOT) is intended to engage master trainers in coaching new trainers that are to get experienced with a particular topic or skill, or with training overall. Rotaract District conducted a TOT workshop in order to build a pool of competent Trainers who can then train other Rotaractors.

Training of Trainers was conducted at Mount Princess Dhulikhel. The master trainers for the workshop were Rtr. Hrishav Joshi, Rtr. Sabik Neupane, Rtr. Shristi Shakya, Rtr. Summit Bajracharya and Mr. Avash Piya.
