2021 Virtual Rotaract District Assembly

District Assembly is a key step in preparing for the coming Rotary year. This year’s District Assembly will held on 25-26 June, preparing for the year 2021-22. The annual district assembly is the major leadership training event in each Rotary district of the world. The workshops offer motivation, inspiration, Rotaract information, and new ideas for club officers, directors, and key committee chairmen of each club.

Some of the most experienced district leaders conduct informative discussions on all phases of Rotaract administration. The sessions give all participants valuable new ideas to make their club more effective and interesting.

Opening Ceremony

Join the opening session where our District Governor will be addressed along with our address from District Rotaract Committee Chair. We will also be reflecting towards 2020-21 and will see what’s coming up for 2021-22.

Come ready to be inspired and learn how diversity and inclusion will help you during your Rotary year and beyond with Dr. “Bowtie” Todd “Moving from Diversity to Inclusion” This presentation is not your ordinary diversity talk, so come prepared to learn and have fun.

Serving Community Digitally
Lynne McNamee is the President of Lone Armadillo Marketing. She will be sharing how we can serve the community digitally starting from a “digitally native” perspective to achieve the core aspects of what it means to be a Rotarian or Rotaract, especially “Service above Self,” fellowship, and integrity.

Eeshwar Rajagopalan

Eeshwar Rajagopalan is a Rotaractor and Rotarian from District 9455, Western Australia. He is a member of the Rotaract Club of Subiaco and the Rotary Club of Elizabeth Quay and currently sits on the Rotary International Membership Committee for 2020-23. In addition, Eeshwar is the District 9455 Rotaract Representative and Youth Director.

Ana Maria Manda

“Design thinking for modern learner”

Ana-Maria is an entrepreneur, design thinking and leadership trainer & coach. A Rotaract member based in Zurich, Switzerland, she is the founder of two innovative businesses in the the e-commerce and personalized beauty industries. Given her extensive entrepreneurial experience, she is a start-up advisor under the Kickstart Innovation umbrella. Ana-Maria has an MA in Law from Sorbonne University.

Toastmaster Shaurab Lohani is an American Graduate and is a 2 times Tedx speaker, past president of Kathmandu Toastmasters club, past area Director and current Assistant program Quality Director for District 41, Toastmasters International, Public Speaker, a motivational speaker, Life skills coach and a training facilitator.

TM Pankaj Pradhananga

“Leadership Basics”

Toastmaster Pankaj Pradhananga comes with leadership experience in the Tourism industry for over 2 decades. He is a Director of Four Season Travel & Tours, Associate Club Growth Director of District 41, Consultant of International Development Institute. He is also an adjunct faculty member in leading Business schools in Kathmandu. He was featured on the cover page of Toastmasters Int’l magazine’s global issue of Dec 2018.

TM Ankit Goenka

“Interpersonal Communication and Networking”

Toastmaster Ankit Goenka, He has been toastmasters for 9 years and has served in many ex-coms in Toastmasters, currently a member of Everest Toastmasters Club. He has served as Area A3 Director, Division A for the year 2019-20 and currently serving as Area N2 Director, Division N for the year 2020-21.

Toastmaster Avish Acharya is a Toastmaster member since 2015, currently serving District 41 (Nepal, North & East India, Bangladesh, and Bhutan) as Division Director for Division O. Professionally, he is a Chartered Accountant currently working in the financial sector with expertise in investments and strategic planning. He is passionate about people and communications and is a Certified Coach and Trainer.
